- Ensure accounts are in good standing with original platforms
- Complete transfers promptly and professionally
- Disclose any limitations, restrictions, or issues with accounts

- Complete payments within specified timeframes
- Change passwords and secure accounts immediately after transfer
- Comply with original platform terms of service

By using and participating in the Console Marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the buying, selling, and auctioning of digital accounts and assets on our global marketplace.

To register and participate on Console Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Upon registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Console Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise specified. By placing a bid or making an offer, you acknowledge that you have the legal authority and financial means to complete the transaction. Winning bidders are legally bound to complete their purchase.

All transactions must be completed through our secure escrow service. Payments are held in escrow until the digital asset transfer is confirmed by both parties. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and approved cryptocurrency payments.

Sellers are responsible for properly transferring ownership of digital accounts and providing all necessary credentials, documentation, and access information to buyers. Transfers must be completed within the agreed timeframe, typically 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.

All users must act professionally and ethically. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, fraud, manipulation of auctions, circumventing platform fees, sharing false information, or any activity that compromises platform integrity.
11. Intellectual Property
Users must respect intellectual property rights. Trading accounts or assets that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Console Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform. While we provide escrow services and verification tools, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, or legitimacy of all digital assets. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses resulting from platform misuse, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved directly between parties. If resolution cannot be reached, Console Marketplace will mediate through our dispute resolution process. Serious disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
