By using and participating in the Console Marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the buying, selling, and auctioning of digital accounts and assets on our global marketplace.

1. Eligibility

To register and participate on Console Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

2. Registration

Upon registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Console Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Digital Assets and Accounts

Our platform facilitates the trading of legitimate digital accounts and assets including but not limited to:

• Google Play Console developer accounts
• Apple Developer accounts
• YouTube channels and monetized accounts
• LinkedIn premium and business accounts
• AI tool accounts (ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.)
• Gift cards and digital vouchers
• Mobile applications (Play Store/App Store)
• Other legitimate digital accounts and assets

Console Marketplace strictly prohibits the following:

• Stolen, hacked, or compromised accounts
• Accounts obtained through fraudulent means
• Accounts that violate the original platform's terms of service
• Illegal or unauthorized digital assets
• Accounts used for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Counterfeit or fake accounts
• Accounts containing malicious software or content

4. Bidding and Transactions

All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise specified. By placing a bid or making an offer, you acknowledge that you have the legal authority and financial means to complete the transaction. Winning bidders are legally bound to complete their purchase.

5. Payment and Escrow

All transactions must be completed through our secure escrow service. Payments are held in escrow until the digital asset transfer is confirmed by both parties. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and approved cryptocurrency payments.

6. Digital Asset Transfer

Sellers are responsible for properly transferring ownership of digital accounts and providing all necessary credentials, documentation, and access information to buyers. Transfers must be completed within the agreed timeframe, typically 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.

7. Verification and Due Diligence

Sellers must provide proof of legitimate ownership of digital accounts and assets. Console Marketplace may require additional verification for high-value transactions. Buyers are encouraged to verify account details before completing purchases.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• Accurately describe all digital assets and accounts
• Provide legitimate proof of ownership
• Ensure accounts are in good standing with original platforms
• Complete transfers promptly and professionally
• Disclose any limitations, restrictions, or issues with accounts

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

• Verify account details and suitability for their needs
• Complete payments within specified timeframes
• Change passwords and secure accounts immediately after transfer
• Comply with original platform terms of service
• Confirm receipt of assets to release escrow payments

10. User Conduct

All users must act professionally and ethically. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, fraud, manipulation of auctions, circumventing platform fees, sharing false information, or any activity that compromises platform integrity.

11. Intellectual Property

Users must respect intellectual property rights. Trading accounts or assets that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Console Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform. While we provide escrow services and verification tools, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, or legitimacy of all digital assets. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses resulting from platform misuse, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved directly between parties. If resolution cannot be reached, Console Marketplace will mediate through our dispute resolution process. Serious disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting user privacy and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Platform Fees

Console Marketplace charges fees for successful transactions. Fee structures are clearly disclosed during the listing and purchase process. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.

16. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that threatens platform integrity or user safety.

17. Amendments

Console Marketplace may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
