    No Refunds on Completed Transactions

    Once a transaction is completed and the buyer has approved the transfer of a Google Play Console account, the sale is considered final. As a digital marketplace, Console Marketplace does not offer refunds after the buyer has confirmed receipt and approval of the account. Payments are released to the seller at this stage, and any further refund requests must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

    Dispute Resolution

    If there is a disagreement or issue with a transaction, we encourage both parties to communicate and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Our Customer Support team is available to assist in mediating disputes and will review cases on an individual basis. However, refunds are not guaranteed once a transaction has been approved by the buyer.
